Quality

All items are second-hand, most items are in perfect condition, but some have slight traces of use. Look carefully at the item and the information on the website before you buy it.

 

Shipping 

All shipments are provided by DPD as standard shipping. You get a track and trace number, so you can track your package. Usually you will receive your package between 1 to 5 business days, according to the terms and conditions of DPD. All our items will be shipped very carefully and most packing material is recycled.

 

Secure payment 
You can pay here safely via PayPal and iDeal. Your payment is made in Euros. We only accept secure payment services. It’s possible to pick up your item after paying trough our payment system.

 

Returns

Atelier kringloop has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can only return when your item is damaged and we have not communicate this probably. Have more questions? Please get in touch info@atelierkringloop.nl

 

We only accept your return in the original packaging and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Atelier kringloop is not responsible for the shipping cost of a return.

 

Discounted items cannot be returned.
