Shipping and returns

Dispatching Orders
We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday). We ship with DPD and the delivery time is in the terms and conditions of DPD.

 

Tracking
All orders are sent via a tracked service with a Track and trace number from DPD. You'll receive a Track and trace number in your order confirmation email, use this to follow your orders right to your doorstep.

Returns
Atelier kringloop has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If significant and huge damage are present (that haven't been mentioned in the description or that haven’t shown at the productphoto) we are happy to discuss your return. You can contact us at info@atelierkringloop.nl

We only accept your return in the original packaging and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Atelier kringloop is not responsible for the shipping cost of a return. Buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you use a Tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible for items that go missing being returned to us).

 

Discounted items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item. When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
